Mrs. Garrett is Registered in Compliance with The Texas Department of
Licensing & Regulation and The Texas Department of State Health Services as a
recognized instructor.  Mrs. Garrett is also a continuing education provider for the
Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations and the Texas Department of
State Health Services.

She is an independent instructor in the facial aesthetic and therapeutic massage
field and teaches and trains other professionals mastery skills that ensure success.  

Mrs. Garrett’s first hand experience in operating a successful day spa of 10 years
has been the breeding ground for gaining the type of knowledge needed to build a
successful practice.
